a danish supercar?

Oh snap! It’s a Danish super car. Somehow those words don’t go together in my head, however it’s true, the Zenvo ST1 is a real Danish supercar with excessive power; a V8 1,104 pony galloping engine to be exact. The turbocharged 7.0 liter 6 speed manual tranny pushes the Zenvo ST1 from 0-60 in just 3 seconds. For safety and legal reasons, the car is electronically limited to 232 mph.

A car that fast needs major brakes to stop it and this baby uses a set of ventilates 380 mm disc brakes and 6 piston calipers up front, 355 mm discs gripped by 6 piston calipers at the rear. Made entirely of a steel frame wrapped in a carbon fiber body, the styling is striking and contemporary. Personally I think it’s a little contrived (angry blowfish?) but a head turner for sure and pretty much unlike any other recognizable super car on the road.

The interior is a different story. It’s pure luxury – strange for a super car. The alcantara leather trimmed interior hosts a bevy of high-tech niceties like dual zone climate control, full set of airbags, cruise control (at 232 mph no less), keyless entry, racing seats, and a G-force meter for all you gear heads.
How much is it gonna cost? I’m not sure but only 15 will be made so you can bet your bottom dollar only 3% 2% 1% .001% of the world’s population can afford it.

The most athletic quadrotor drone evaaa....

Today U Penn's GRASP Lab posted the aptly titled "Aggressive Quadrotor Part II," showing off all of their drone's freaky new feats. It can buzz around in menacing circles, calculate an optimal path through several rings, and even squeeze through an opening that's on the move itself. That means it could fly through your window and kill you in your sleep if you were sleeping in a train's sleeper car. Nowhere is safe!

The Crystal Light, an LED lighting fixture, amazes consumers with its fascinating color-changing feature. It's composed of various "crystals"--shimmering with silver, sparkling like diamonds, glittering with illuminating reflection. Consumers can assemble these "crystals", each of which is connected by a magnet, into any form they desire. The interactive feature is made possible by LED's low-temperature characteristics.

Consumers can change the light mode with a remote control to create different lighting effects to fit their moods and environments. The Crystal Light not only provides consumers with illumination, but also stimulates their imagination.

The concept of the Crystal Light is derived from natural growing crystal that diffuses amazing shimmers of light. It is a high tech fixture composed of a series of lighting units, each of which sports a crystal-like look and connected by magnet with adjacent units.

When the Crystal Light is switched off, the metal look emits a mysterious image, as if it were just unearthed. When switched on, light from LED bulb hidden inside of each unit, beams though the diffuser.
Colors of the Crystal Light change in rhythm, like rays of light glistening within crystal, transforming the metal surface into a seducing luminescent show.

Ghost Chairs..Unique See-Through Polyester Sheet Seating

Just a few millimeters thick, each of these translucent seats is the simple result of draping and drying specialized sheets of polyester over a plastic mold, which in turn was cast from the shape of a normal living room chair.

Valentina Glez Wolhers makes both the original plastic shapes and the final furniture pieces, each of which is different from the next. Every act of casting a new form has different results, and on top of that (literally) each draped sheet takes on slightly different folds and curves.
